We act as a service provider and do not provide legal advice.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Ensure all documents provided are authentic and legally obtained
• Review all processed documents for accuracy before finalizing
• Comply with all applicable Singapore laws and regulations

3. Service Limitations

Our services are subject to the following limitations:

• We cannot guarantee acceptance of documents by third parties
• Processing times may vary based on document complexity
• Certain document types may require additional verification steps
• We reserve the right to refuse service for any illegal or unethical requests

4. Fees and Payments

All services are subject to the following payment terms:

• Fees are due before service commencement unless otherwise agreed
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers in SGD

• Refunds are only available for services not yet initiated

5. Confidentiality

• Documents are stored securely during processing
• Access is limited to authorized personnel only
• Original documents are returned or securely destroyed after processing
• Digital copies are retained only as required by Singapore law

6. Intellectual Property

• Our document templates and processes are proprietary
• Unauthorized reproduction of our materials is prohibited

7. Liability Limitations

• Clients are responsible for final document review and approval

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved as follows:

• Parties will first attempt good faith negotiations
• Unresolved disputes will be mediated in Singapore
• Singapore law governs all disputes
• Claims must be filed within 6 months of service completion

We may modify these Terms at any time:

• Changes will be posted on our website
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms
• Material changes will be communicated to active clients
